Life in the kitchen

Chip, meet dip.

The best kind of party food is the easiest kind of party food. May we recommend a pile of Natures Garden Steakhouse Cut Chips (our most popular chip ever – they’re selling like hot chips), and a couple of these clever chip dips, courtesy of Pesto Princess.

Any other questions?

& Pesto Princess dips.

Chilli Pesto, a crack of black pepper, salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

3. Sundried Tomato Pesto Hummus

Drain a 440g can of chickpeas and rinse thoroughly. Place the chickpeas in a food processor along with the juice of a lemon, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and 3 tablespoons Pesto Princess Sundried Tomato Pesto. Blend until smooth. Add olive oil or water, one tablespoon at a time to get the correct consistency. Season to taste.

Serve with chips, crudités or even low-carb crackers.
