RECIPE
1. Chermoula Cream Cheese
To make this chip dip, mix together thoroughly one tub cream cheese and 2 teaspoons
Pesto Princess Chermoula Paste.
2. Cheat’s Guacamole (vegan-friendly)
Using a fork, combine 1 large ripe and ready avo (peeled and pipped) with 1 heaped tablespoon of Pesto Princess Coriander &
Steakhouse Cut Chips
& Pesto Princess dips.
Chilli Pesto, a crack of black pepper, salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
3. Sundried Tomato Pesto Hummus
Drain a 440g can of chickpeas and rinse thoroughly. Place the chickpeas in a food processor along with the juice of a lemon, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and 3 tablespoons Pesto Princess Sundried Tomato Pesto. Blend until smooth. Add olive oil or water, one tablespoon at a time to get the correct consistency. Season to taste.
Serve with chips, crudités or even low-carb crackers.
