Sprinkle some mint leaves and berries or fruit pieces into ice trays, and include some colourful petals and pieces of freshly cut fruit.
Fill the trays with boiled, cooled water – and freeze. Add to water with lemon slices, juice or cocktails and there you have it. The most photogenic refreshments ever.
